Chakras are energy centers within the physical body and are located along the spine.
Glands and organs relate to spiritual, physical, psychological, and emotional aspects of our being. Because of this connection a blockage or malfunction in an organ will mean a blockage in the chakra energy flow and vice versa.
Sounding -
Our voices are energy. Through sounding we use our voice to calm the nervous system and intentionally tune to the sound frequency of each chakra. This is a powerful activation of our ability to influence our energy centers.
Essential Oils -
Essential Oils are the life force energy of the plant, and they carry a frequency. The oils used are therapeutic grade EOs of the highest quality that carry the same frequency as the different chakras. The EOs through their energy pattern help bring our energy centers into balance.

The Chakra Balancing Essential Oils Kit can be purchased at least 5 days prior to the workshop to ensure they arrive on time.
